The FEUP Library will be dedicating the month of April to the short story.
Short stories are brief narratives that pack great meaning into just a few words. Unlike novels, which unfold over many pages, the short story seeks to capture a specific moment, an intense emotion or a defining situation in life.
Short stories, found in various cultures, take many forms — from the fantastical to the realistic — but all stand out for quickly drawing the reader in and leaving a lasting impression.
